Monday - Science - WALT: explore how shadows are created

 

During todays science session, we are going to be learning about shadows.

 

I would like you to follow the powerpoint that I have created for you and then use the information you have learnt to complete the worksheet.

 

Can you first explain how shadows are caused.

Once you've done this, can you show how the direction of a light source affects the direction and size of a shadow and write a sentence or two to explain this.
