Measuring

 

Today we are focusing on the sizes tall and short.  Watch the video to find out about these words.

How tall am I?

 

Together using a pencil and some paper, draw around your hands and with the help of an adult cut out a few hand templates.

 

Then find out how many hands tall are you?

Lie down and then places the hands next to you from your feet to the top of your head.

 

If you can measure another person in your family with your hands?  Are they taller or shorter?
