This weeks focus is:
Activity 1- Listen to We're going on a bear hunt! read by the author Michael Rosen.
Activity 2 - Go on a Bear Hunt
Can you go on a bear hunt ? Can you make up your own?
Choose a bear or one of your favourite cuddly toys to hide,
then go on a hunt. You could go around the garden, in the house or on a walk.
Up the stairs stomp, stomp, stomp!
Under the bed woooh woooh!
Through the grass swishy swashy!
Over the puddles stumble trip!
Activity 3- Can you make a map?
Can you make a map of your bear hunt?
Draw the places you went to or make them using collage.
Label them using the sounds you know.
Activity 4- Can you find out about bears that live in the wild?
Where do they live?
What do they eat?
What size are they?
How many different types of bear can you name?
Draw your favourite bear, don't forget their fur, claws, paws, ears and whiskers.
