GYMNASTICS

This term we are learning to: master basic movements, develop balance, agility and co-ordination, and begin to apply these in a range of activities. 

Week 1Moving with control and awareness and space. 

Lesson 1

This week the children have learnt how to travel safely in a variety of ways. We used benches to practice balancing when walking across a beam. We moved our bodies inn different ways from one place to another. 

These photos show the children practicing their bunny hops, practicing their pencil rolls and travelling using their hands, feet and tummy's.
