For Maths this week please click on the link below to White Rose Maths home learning. I would like you to begin on week one -decimals. First of all watch the video clip for each day, followed up with the the daily activity for 30 minutes each day. For Topic Home Learning, I would like you to carry on with our project around saving the rainforest. Our driving question was 'What is the future for our rainforests?'
I would like you to create an acrostic poem using the vocabulary we discovered in our lessons.
- Deforestation (destroying large areas of the rainforest)
- Agribusiness (Companies profiting from farming businesses, crops and oils within the rainforest environment)
- Cronyism (the appointment profiting of friends and associates to positions of authority, without proper regard to their qualifications)
- Biodiversity (animals, plants and people living together)
- Indigenous (tribes of people who live in the rainforest)
