The worksheets are below.

English:

Click on the link and complete the booklet. Work through the booklet at your own pace. Last week we completed up till page 15. This week we hope to start our drafting our stories. I can’t wait to see your final piece of work.

Science:

Click on the link below and work through the PowerPoint and complete the worksheets. Last week we identified different types of trees and leaves, we discussed their similarities and differences and used classification keys to learn terminology associated with leaves. We also completed a treasure hunt which included the use of trees as landmarks and an understanding of tree terminology was required. This week we will play a guess who tree game, create our own classification keys, label a map to identify locations of trees and use classification keys to classify chosen trees using the PowerPoint and worksheets below.

Dear Parent/Guardian

Your child was having a Flute lesson at school once a week. Although they are not able to play the instrument as it remains at school, there are still things they can do at home to help them get better at music.

Below is a link to some musical activities that they can do Please have a go and encourage your child to join in – you may even want to do them as a whole family.

This week I have sent the link to a video made by a c D olleague of mine, Miss Green and also a video of the National Orchestra of Wales. Hope you enjoy watching them!
